Pursuant to Italian Law no. 675 of 31 December 1996 and subsequent amendments, Andrea Cavalli hereby notifies its customers and/or users that the personal data provided at the time a purchase order is submitted and/or for invoicing can be processed without the data subject's consent since they are collected and retained solely for the purpose of complying with tax obligations imposed by law, regulations or EC legislation, or for the performance of obligations ensuing from the purchase contract to which the data subject is party, or in order to take steps at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract (art. 12, letters A and B, Law 675/96). We further note that the personal data provided by our customers will not be disclosed to third parties for commercial information purposes or for the purpose of sending advertising materials or for the performance of market or interactive commercial communication surveys.
