Sicurezza delle Transazioni

ReadyToWinModels utilizza per la gestione delle transazioni il servizio messo a disposizione da Banca Sella e da PayPal.

Banca Sella ha realizzato un sistema sicuro per consentire ad ogni negozio virtuale di accettare pagamenti effettuati con carte di credito Visa e Mastercard, in modo semplice, veloce e sicuro, permettendo l'acquisto a qualsiasi titolare di carta, senza richiedere l’installazione di software o il download di moduli da Internet.

Questo strumento di pagamento, detto Payment Gateway Banca Sella, permette al titolare della carta di credito di fornire i propri dati sensibili (numero di carta, scadenza, nome, ecc.) direttamente alla banca e non al negozio o al service provider che lo gestisce.

Infatti la soluzione Banca Sella fa sì che nel momento in cui l'acquirente conferma la sua intenzione di acquistare, pagando con carta di credito, venga richiamata la pagina di pagamento residente su server sicuro Banca Sella, dove vengono richiesti i dati sensibili relativi alla carta di credito.

Banca Sella si occupa di convogliare tali dati nei circuiti autorizzativi internazionali Visa e Mastercard e di restituire al negozio l'esito della transazione confermando o meno l'avvenuto pagamento.

Privacy notice

Pursuant to Italian Law no. 675 of 31 December 1996 and subsequent amendments, Andrea Cavalli hereby notifies its customers and/or users that the personal data provided at the time a purchase order is submitted and/or for invoicing can be processed without the data subject's consent since they are collected and retained solely for the purpose of complying with tax obligations imposed by law, regulations or EC legislation, or for the performance of obligations ensuing from the purchase contract to which the data subject is party, or in order to take steps at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract (art. 12, letters A and B, Law 675/96).

We further note that the personal data provided by our customers will not be disclosed to third parties for commercial information purposes or for the purpose of sending advertising materials or for the performance of market or interactive commercial communication surveys.

The data controller is Andrea Cavalli Passaggio San Bartolomeo 7, 24121 Bergamo, which is also in charge of collecting the personal data.

Contract performance

Online purchase contract means a distance contract, i.e. a legal agreement concerning goods and/or services concluded between a supplier, Andrea Cavalli, whose main office is in Bergamo, Passaggio San Bartolomeo 7, and a consumer under an organised distance sales scheme run by the supplier who, for the purpose of the contract, makes exclusive use of the means of distance communication known as the Internet. All contracts will thus be concluded directly via access to the Internet site corresponding to the address www.readytowinmodels.com, where, by following the procedures indicated, the consumer will be able to conclude a contract for the purchase of the goods. Consumer means any natural person who purchases goods and services for purposes which are outside his trade or business.

All selling prices of the products displayed and specified in the Internet site www.readytowinmodels.com, and offered for sale to the public under the terms of art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, are inclusive of V.A.T. and all other taxes. The buyer may pay for the goods ordered by means of the payment methods indicated online at the time of the purchase. Though a variety of payment methods will be available, given the greater rapidity of processes involving the use of telematic means throughout the purchase cycle, Andrea Cavalli can assure prompter delivery of goods paid by credit card as opposed to other forms of payment.

In view of the purchasing and delivery methods adopted, orders submitted online after 6 p.m. will be considered as having been made the following day; similarly, if an order is placed on a non-working day, it will be considered as having been made on the first workday thereafter.

Delivery times will never exceed those specified in art. 6 Italian Legislative Decree 185/1999 provided that payment has been made by credit card. The delivery date is to be considered the date the carrier made the first attempt to deliver the goods to the recipient's address, even if the attempt fails due to the recipient's absence or rejection of the goods.

Andrea Cavalli may cancel a contract by giving the buyer simple notice to that effect, with adequate and justified grounds; in such a case the buyer will solely be entitled to a refund of any amounts already paid.

Right of cancellation

The law (law decree n. 185 of 22/05/99) guarantees your right to cancel the purchase contract on any grounds. To exercise this right, which is restricted to natural persons only and does not apply to purchases made on behalf of a business, you must send Andrea Cavalli simple notice to that effect within 10 working days of receiving the ordered goods. Notice of your intention to cancel the purchase must be given via a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to Andrea Cavalli, Passaggio San Bartolomeo 7, 24121 Bergamo; the letter will be considered to have been sent in time if handed over to the accepting post office within the aforesaid deadline. Notice may also be given via a telegram or fax sent within the 10-day deadline, provided it is confirmed with a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the next 48 hours. At this point you need only await instructions from Andrea Cavalli on how to return the purchased item, which must be returned within the next 48 hours.

The right of cancellation is subject to the following conditions:

In order for you to obtain a complete refund (excluding shipping costs) the purchased item must be returned to us wholly intact in the original packaging, still unopened, together with any accompanying documents and/or accessories.

If the item has been removed from its packaging or tried out, on receiving the returned item Andrea Cavalli will assess its condition and refund the price paid net of depreciation caused by use of the goods and any damage or tampering that may have occurred. Under the law, you must pay all shipping costs.

Unless any expenses are to be withheld for ascertained damage to the goods, Andrea Cavalli will refund the entire amount already paid (total amount of the ordered items excluding shipping costs) within the term established by law (30 working days), via a credit transfer with a value date no later than fifteen working days after our receipt of notice of cancellation. You must promptly provide us with your relevant bank account details (for Italy specify ABI - CAB; for other countries the country routing - Current Account no. of the invoice).
